About me
Isabella Menardi
My name is Isabella Valentina Menardi, better known as ‘Isa’. I'm half Dutch, half Italian. Creativity, an openminded manner of writing and my ability to work hard brought me where I am today. During my two studies - a bachelor Commerce & Marketing in Leiden and a master Communications Science in Amsterdam - I've developed great interest for Communications, Online Marketing and Copywriting.
As a little girl, I used to keep myself busy with something creative - involving my hands, paint or some colored pencils. One of these 'periods' was the one in which I was creating small notebooks from scratch – with hard cover and binding – to hide it under my mom’s pillow so that she would find it once she’d go to bed. Of course - she kept all of them for later...
In the past couple of years, I’ve gained work experience in the following areas in commision of different companies:
Creating and scheduling newsletter campaigns
Developing creative concepts from scratch and writing copy for dedicated websites
Monitoring and creating social media content
Building and managing webshops (WordPress & Woocommerce)
Writing relevant and inspirational blog articles (print and online)
Creating and coordinating website content
Creating content for Facebook and Instagram Advertising
Buidling and maintaining relationships with press
Writing press releases, both for B2C and B2B purposes
Managing B2B appointments for large international events
Developing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign & Adobe Bridge skills (basics)
